Hotel staff will help anyway they can, exceptional service. AC and hot water/water pressure are great. There are showers and faucets outside to wash your feet before entering your room or lobby. WiFi is just OK. Not fast or slow.

Our holiday in Boracay was great thanks also to all the Mandarin Staff. The room was big, clean, and the bed comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of food options to be served and great coffee. All the staff were very nice and polite. Also, the transfer from the airport and back went smoothly. We had an issue with some noisy neighbors but the hotel staff managed to help us to be satiety and happy. I definitely recommend this hotel.
