The staff is incredibly awesome ! They are always here for you when you need them without being too much. The hotel is wonderful, clean and quiet. The nature around the hotel is amazing. The food is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. The room is spacious and well decorated.

Menghadap ke laut, NAU Sao Rafael Atlantico merupakan sebuah kompleks ultra moden bertaraf 5 bintang dengan akses terus dan peribadi ke Pantai São Rafael. Spacious room with a great view. Included breakfast was excellent and the amenities on the property (private access to beach, pool, use of pool towels) were fantastic. We had to check out early and they let us use the towels and store our luggage which was very convenient.

Lovely apartment, very bright and cheery decor, comfortable sofas and beds. Area lovely, walkable to the beach but a little isolated for shops and restaurants. Very small mini market 10 mins walk and two restaurants near the beach also 10 mins walk. Excellent communication with staff who were very helpful and obliging. Would definitely recommend.
