This is the second time we came to this place, we decided to come back and bring our parents as we really enjoyed the first experience. And this one was even better, everything was perfect and everyone is really nice. The rooms are really good, the food is amazing, the spa is perfect.

This luxury 5-star hotel occupies a unique waterfront location in the historic Lisbon district of Belém, next to the Tagus River. Great location. Excellent staff. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Really good breakfast with free pastéis de Belém that you would generally have to queue up for hours to get at the shop. Pleasant and attentive staff. All around one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in!

Hospitality of Jorge the manager was out of this world! He went out of his way to make me comfortable, helped me with finding cheap and good eats, assisted with some weird requests I had.. and he has endless stories about his life and Portugal, we talked for hours. If you want to visit Belém area this is the perfect spot.

The apartment was super clean and has basically everything you need, and the rooms are beautifully decorated . The host was great from the beginning until the end, and helped us with everything we needed.

The location was awesome- close to the water for walking and running and lots of great restaurants and coffee shops! The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. They also left us a bottle of wine!
