Everything was great. We chose the small double room and it had everything we need.. and more! The room was lovely and modern, with a SMEG kettle, coffee machine, mini fridge, safe, and is in really good condition. The bathroom is spacious with a huge shower. The interior of the room was aesthetically pleasing, and so was the whole hotel! The window of the room had street view, and the street is very quiet overall. Around 30 mins walk to the centre. The staff were really helpful, professional, and friendly. What I loved most is how welcoming they were at any time of day and no matter who was on shift. The check in and check out process was really smooth. We stayed for 5 nights, and would definitely recommend! Thank you for making it such a memorable stay for our first time in Lisbon!

Very nice room with balcony and view, comfortable bed. Great breakfast! We also used parking, it was a bit challenging as it's located on underground floor and driveway is quite narrow.

Quick stay in the center of the city. Easy access to everything including restaurants, bars and public transportation. Breakfast was good and the unlimited cakes were a nice touch :)

Perfect location to walk around Lisbon. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond! They left me a surprise in the room once they knew it was my birthday, which was so kind! It is an incredible place with amazing breakfast. The rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also ideally located, close to many attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings contribute to a truly relaxing experience. I will surely be there again, as it's not just a stay but an unforgettable experience.

The location is right in the center of Lisbon. The staff was so accomodating and very helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

We loved everything about this hotel. Staff were friendly and responsive, there were a variety of snacks (their pastel de nata was good!!!)+juice+coffee+water at the living room 24/7, we had a clean and cozy room. We got a standard double room located at the 1st floor which had a small balcony overlooking a small plaza & you get a glimpse of the castle. There were elevators and tram stops nearby. Will definitely stay here again!
