Everything was perfect. Staff was kind and attentive. (They offered me a room with a balcony, and phoned me as soon as I entered the room to check if everything was fine. They also spoke to me in a timly manner to see if there was anything they could do, for example lending a wine opener.) The location was unbeatable. The facility was traditionally decorated yet modern and clean. I have already booked my next stay in January.

We were staying in this old and very traditionally decorated house. The decorator paid attention to the tiniest details to create this real beauty! Located in the Medina of Tunis, 12 km from Tunis-Carthage international airport, Dar Ben Gacem is a traditional-style accommodation which offers free Wi-Fi access and a terrace overlooking the city. Had a great experience staying here. The price was quite reasonable, the services was fantastic, and the breakfast was great. The room was beautiful and quiet. I found the hotel to be very beautiful, quite, and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic. Hopefully I can make it back for another stay.

The decoration is just awesome, even the bathrooms are cool and the beds are comfortable. In addition there is a rooftop where you can take a look at the city Skyline. Additionally the location is very good too, within walkikg distance to main attractions. The host was very helpful.
