Excellent staff, very nice and helpful. They provided me with a surprise birthday day cake, very appreciate that. Room and hotel are very clean. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast but there’s a coffee room with free coffee and soft drink.

Cho Hotel 3 ligger praktisk til i bydelen Wanhua i Taipei, 600 meter fra Det røde hus og litt over 1 km fra både Huaxi nattmarked for turister og Qingshan-tempelet. Willingness of bilingual staff to help in all aspects was exemplary, including but not limited to: holding our bags before we checked in and after we checked out; providing us with helpful neighborhood tips; and, constantly asking us if we were ok or if we needed anything else. Quick walk to the Ximen MRT station, with amenities nearby including but not limited to: Ximen Night Market (it's probably the cleanest and the most organized one I've ever seen, which is a double edged sword because I found it to be slightly inauthentic), a plethora of eastern and western dining options (check out the breakfast spot across the street - there's an asian fellow manning the grill and maybe his two daughters(?) running the registers, and they have an English menu, and also check out the noodle shop just a few doors down), a few coin laundry facilities, MULTIPLE convenience stores, etc.
