Fairmont Austin offers accommodation located 100 metres from Austin Convention Center. This property is located a short distance from Capitol Building and Frank Erwin Center - University of Texas. We came to the Fairmont after having a horrible experience with the level of cleanliness in a different hotel. we were welcomed by Paulina which was amazing and understanding. she made sure that we feel welcomed and accommodated our every need

We loved our stay here, the room was really nice and spacious for our family. The staff (especially Eli) were super kind and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be back!

The staff was amazing. At check-in, Chris was welcoming and helpful. We loved going up to the rooftop. It was a quick stay while our power was out, but a great stay.

The best gym I have ever seen. The hotel arranged me a tour - it was an incredible experience. The hotel gave me a bike and the receptionost suggested where to go. It was the most enjoyable stay in a hotel I ever had.
