It was the most comfortable oasis in the middle of busy Hudson yards. Best coffee right in the hotel and a really cool bar on the 4th floor. The staff is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a room with an alcove and it was just pure bliss.

A salad bar and breakfast place (Friedman's) just behind hotel makes it very convenient for quick grabs. Staff is courteous, helpful and polite. Check in and check out was smooth. Housekeeping people were very friendly. Excellent value for money.
