Picture classic New York architecture and a one-of-a-kind neighborhood with tree-lined streets. 70 Park Avenue Hotel is located in the heart of it all. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and provided great advice on where to go and what to do. Also, great location - within walking distance to Times Square, Herald Square, Empire State Building, etc.

The location is good, no tourist crowds, easy walks to most sights.

The rooms were cozy and the housekeeping absolutely perfect. The location of the hotel makes it absolutely perfect for exploring New York. Nice pubs nearby - especially Pete Dillons and also many places with good breakfasts. If we return to New York, we would love to stay here again!

Located within 2 minutes’ walk of Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal, this boutique Midtown hotel offers Wi-Fi, and a library. Really good location, close to Grand Central Station . Loved the book/library theme, felt cosy. Great to have the "library" with drinks and snacks, good to hang out waiting fir the teenagers. Staff really helpful with breakfast recommendations and organising taxi to airport.
