Picture classic New York architecture and a one-of-a-kind neighborhood with tree-lined streets. 70 Park Avenue Hotel is located in the heart of it all. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and provided great advice on where to go and what to do. Also, great location - within walking distance to Times Square, Herald Square, Empire State Building, etc.

I liked the ambience, interesting photography on the walls, cool jazz playing in the lobby. Nice room detail: a strip of charger outlet right next to the bed. The location is good, no tourist crowds, easy walks to most sights.

Loved the book/library theme, felt cosy. Great to have the "library" with drinks and snacks, good to hang out waiting fir the teenagers. Staff really helpful with breakfast recommendations and organising taxi to airport.
