Don't worry about the European socket, in my room were plenty of adaptors and USB sockets. All staff were so kind and helped me with my questions. Bei Problemen wird einem super geholfen denn unsere Koffer sind am Flughafen nicht angekommen. Hier hat das Hotel alles getan und wir hatten Abends dann sogar unser Gepäck. Großes Lob an die Rezeption. Besser geht nicht. Die Zimmer waren auch super und wenn man an die Waterfront will ist dies zu Fuß oder per Wassertaxi hop on hop off möglich.

The locations is great! 15 min walk to all the needed places such as V&A mall, Bo-kapp area, table mountain and lions head. We booked a family suite so we had the place to have dinner together in the room with a spacious kitchen and table area. The staff is great and very friendly. Food is yummy and there is a Asian restaurant called YU that is amazing! The hotel gave also parking for free. That was very convenient.
