I was travelling solo and always felt safe and Heather and Maria were outstanding hosts, even packed me a lunch for my drive to the airport!

Located in the village of Brejinho de Água do Sul, a 15-minute drive from the town of Grândola, Monte do Brejinho de Água offers apartments with traditional and simple architecture. Each unit includes free WiFi. The location of the property was perfect as it is close to the beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. and in a very quiet area which is good if you’re looking for some rest. The hosts were incredibly friendly and very helpful.

The place is amazing, the house was very modern and we'll decorated and the staff, namely Assunção and Carmo, were extremely friendly and nice. Will return one day.

The house offers accommodation in double and twin rooms. All the units feature a private bathroom. Each has access to an outdoor leisure space, with a meal area and a countryside view. Free WiFi is available in the rooms and in the communal areas. Such an amazing place to relax - peaceful and beautiful. Everything is perfect there - design of the rooms, common areas, food, personel, surroundings. They really take care of all the details and you can feel highest quality in everything they do. We were positively suprised by the free yoga classes. I am a big fan of this place!

There is a large living room area, complete with bar, billiards and newspapers. The vast property has a lake, where guests can take a boat ride, as well as several hiking trails and an animal corner, with several farm animals. The Herdade do Sardanito da Frente also has an orchard. The bungalows are a wonderful retreat from some of the bigger hotels and living next an orange orchard was sublime. The staff bent over backwards to meet all our needs, and everything was perfect!

The hosts are very forthcoming and provided us with fresh fruits from the garden, as well as fresh eggs from their own chicken. Bonus points for the pool and the most chill dogs we've met 👍

I stayed recently in Monte da Galrixa for a break during my once in a life time expedition around the globe. The place is prefect for a retreat like stay with well equipped and maintained apartments. The owners are extremely friendly. There are animals all around that might be hard to spot elsewhere.
