Lovely family resort, with relaxed atmosphere & very friendly staff. Indoor & outdoor pools, on site farm, bike hire, restaurant, kids soft play & playground. Fantastic hotel in the beautiful Slovak countryside.

It is a tiny house behind the owner’s house. We found everything what we needed from the tiny house. The amazing part is that there is a small garden for kids and we also can do the barbecues there. There is a small farm behind the tiny house. The owner can’t speak English but he is very friendly.

Cicmany is a gem and so is our stay here! We request for a room facing the mini farm so we get to see the sheeps and animals and the staff arranged for it! Room is comfy and quiet at night, we had a good sleep. Free parking outside the hotel and we love the evening walk in the town!

Friendly hosters (and dog too!). Large and comfortable beds, plenty of free space in rooms (good for children in case of bad weather), private terrace. Enough equipment in the kitchen. Private parking. Good start point for the hiking in Súľovské skaly, Strážovské Vrchy or Mala Fatra. A nice restaurant (Farma Bardy) nearby, also a playground. For people without a car, there's train stop close to the appartment so you can arrive here fom Žilina (train goes every 1-2 hour until 19:30).

Apartment near the last home in the village. Nice place for walking. A lot of animals in the farm.

It is a modern 2-floor house in a quiet rural environment, 10 minutes drive from the snow park of Donovaly, 100 m from the convenience store of the village. Nice, just renovated, clean. It has two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen, ideal if you prefer quality time with your family to apres-ski partying; probably also a great base for hiking trips. We were four, but it is even fine for big families. The owners are a very nice young couple, they even gifted us with locally produced cheese.

Rebuilt in the style of the old rural houses of the Liptov region, the atmosphere of this small house is perfect for a pleasant trip to the countryside. The house is comfortable and centrally located in the village, with two restaurants nearby. The kind hosts treated us with local pastries. It was very pleasant to eat the poppy seed pastry (makovy kolac) and plum jam filled doughnuts on the shore of the Liptov Sea and watch the stunning panorama.
