We loved the entire experience of being looked after by the owner Nilantha and Elizabeth and all the staff in such a lovely way but also being in such a simple and authentic environment. The dinner under the stars was standout. The food was great. The great conversations were so wonderful. The whole day safari was something we will always remember. So much care and passion from Nilantha and our driver. We absolutely loved it.

Our family recently visited Makini Bush Camp and we had an amazing time. The staff's kindness and helpfulness made our stay truly special. Un des plus bel hotel jamais fait. Un niveau de service extraordinaire. Vous êtes en plein milieu de la nature. Vous êtes pris en charge de votre arrivée jusqu'à votre départ. Le prix comprend l'ensemble des repas et des activités. Le diner était organisé sur pilotis près du lac, fabuleux. N'ayant pas vu de léopard en fin de journée, l'équipe nous a proposé de repartir le lendemain à 5h, puis nous avons enchainé avec une balade en kayak sur le lac au milieu des oiseaux et des crocodiles. A notre retour nous attendait le petit déjeuner servie sur la terrasse dans l'arbre. Tout simplement magique. Un immense merci à l'équipe de Kulu pour leurs petites attentions et leur grand niveau de service.

The crew is amazing!!! Always thinking ahead what would you need ... The food was great - we had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners - all was tasty :-) The walk in the bush was very nice The rooms are comfortable and located in the middle of the wild bushes and trees - this is very unique - each room/tent is isolated from the rest

We stayed at the leopards nest for 1 night and it truly was an unforgettable experience. After reading some mixed reviews, it exceeded our expectations and I am so happy we planned this into our itinerary. The hotel sent driver information which we shared with our driver and everything was seemless. The safari truck was waiting for us and we did the afternoon safari. The guy was great, really knowledgeable- we were lucky enough to see elephants really close up and many other amazing animals. He then took us to the hotel around 6pm. We had a bbq dinner which was very cute, the food was really good quality too. We booked a sky nest and had a couple of little frog visitors in the bathroom but we didn’t mind, they added to the memories! The sky nest was really clean and more comfortable than we were expecting. WiFi only worked in the main restaurant areas but that’s okay, it was nice to be off the grid for one night. Again, breakfast exceeded our expectations and the hotel liaised with our driver for a smooth pick up. The staff are lovely and I fully recommend for one night if you want a safari and jungle glamping experience.
