Set 17 km from Le Haut Koenigsbourg Castle, Le Refuge du Rempart offers accommodation in Dambach-la-Ville with access to a sauna. The property features inner courtyard views and is 24 km from Würth Museum and 30 km from Colmar Expo. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The room was clean and spacious with beautifully styled decor and ample amenities. We had an overview of town and vineyards from the private balcony, which was also perfect for stargazing at night! It was located in a charming and quiet small town with immediate access to vineyards and hiking trails, which was a nice change for us because we had been staying in big cities for the previous nights. We had our breakfast on the balcony and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and included a cupcake for my boyfriend’s birthday per my special request for the host. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I fell and got myself injured on a hike and they provided me with bandages even though it was after business hours.

La Roulotte du Randonneur is located in the Ballons des Vosges Natural Regional Park, 40 km from Mulhouse. It offers a traditional wooden, self-catering caravan with a garden and views of the surrounding forest. A perfect 4 days spent at this place. The roulotte was very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. There are a few big supermarkets close-by in the town of Maseveaux. We (young couple) arrived by car (I do not think there is another easy way to get there). Parking spot next to the roulotte. Fireplace available so you can make a grill or just enjoy the fire. The host provided us with all the wood we needed. There are a lot of mountain paths (from very easy to medium/difficult paths) you can take to see superb glacial lakes and scenery. Peace and quiet can be found here in abundance. If you need anything, the host will surely be there to help. Highly recommended

Great location looking down the valley and beautifully made yurt which was very comfortable and well equipped.

It was really clean, and the owner was very flexible about some problems that appeared. Also, there were some gifts.

Guests at the luxury tent can enjoy skiing and hiking nearby, or make the most of the garden. Luxurious place, not quite a bungalow, not quite a tent. Had all the necessary facilities. Matras was a bit tough for my taste (but taste differs). Excellent place for a nice cycle or hike adventure in the Elzas. only thing I’d like to see improved is a wifi connection, as cellular service is quite poor at this location. Planning a cycling route was a bit of a challenge. Also, a new cottage is planned in front of the tent, I hope enough privacy remains for the tent!
