Exceptional location, almost in the middle of the forest (search on Google maps and not classical GPS which lead you elsewhere), Old house transformed to accommodate guests in a farm type rooms looking like around 1900 with lots of green, flowers, trees, animals.

The property is a charming little farm with a variety of farm animals on the outskirts of Bayeaux. The room we stayed in was separated from the main house and looked exactly as represented in the pictures. We were about a 7 min drive from downtown Bayeaux and a 30 minute drive from the majority of WWII sites. For us the location was perfect. Our host was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

The accommodation, which has been carefully renovated from an old farmhouse for a long time, was so clean and comfortable, and the scenery of the beautifully decorated garden was so nice. The breakfast made with ingredients collected from the surroundings was wonderful and delicious. The welcome when we arrived, the tour guide and helped us a lot during our stay, and the sunset on the hillside after we took a walk together was perfect. Breakfast was OK but not as good as the normal continental breakfasts. The location was difficult to find as your map should it on the D77 but it is on the D154, 800m down the road.
