Of course, we also enjoyed the beaches, swimming, snorkeling and lazing around in hammocks. We hope to return here one day, it is an incredibly relaxing and unique place and tops our list of all the places we stayed in Cambodia!

I absolutely love this place and it is always hard to say goodbye. The jungle immersion experience of living in a hut made from the jungle around you tugs at your heartstrings. And the family that runs it are angels for creating such a space. Visit once and you’ll be back.

Set in Koh Rong Island, Preah Sihanouk Province region, Tamu Koh Rong is situated 6 km from Sok San Port. We can only warmly recommend the hotel from start to finish. It starts with the nice staff, whether front office manager, housekeeping or the waiters in the restaurant, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was freshly prepared and very tasty. The additional dishes besides the selection at the buffet were also very good and fresh. We loved the idea of using the tents as rooms. Of course, you should be prepared to encounter a gecko, frog or snail in the bathroom, after all, you are also booking a nature experience here! The cocktails are also very good, happy hour from 4-6 can only be recommended. The white beach was always clean and well maintained, as was the entire resort! If I were to come to Koh Rong again, I would check in here again!

Tents open up to views of the sea and are equipped with a mattress, pillows, a fan and a blanket. There is also a charging station for the guests' electrical appliances. Amazing place, I had a tent and was perfect, spacious, with a fan, big bed, a plug, everything you need, bathroom are clean and you're just next to a beautiful and clean beach, food is tasty and at good price. The staff is nice and helpful, you can rent with them a scooter to drive around the island for a really good price. Totally recommended

This tent has a garden view. Located on 1 km of private beach, Kactus KohTaKiev offers accommodations on the sunset side of Koh Ta Kiev. This is a very special little paradise. I booked for 3 nights and ended staying as a volunteer for three weeks. The island is truly magical.

Soksan Natura Beach se află în Insula Koh Rong, la câțiva pași de Plaja Sok San, și pune la dispoziție o grădină, o terasă, un bar și parcare privată gratuită. -Plaja din fata resort-ului este cea mai frumoasă plajă de pe insulă -Personal foarte amabil si de ajutor, în special Dom (ne-au ajutat cu închirierea unui scooter, transportul spre feribot,am avut acces la caiac și măști de snorkeling gratuit). - Desi nu foarte variată, mâncarea restaurantului a fost gustoasă și avea prețuri decente.

This non-smoking tent is fitted with windows that open up to panoramic views of the sea. The tent is equipped with solar-powered lighting, a queen-size bed and furniture. The accommodation blends into the beautiful natural jungle and beach landscape and feels perfect for the setting. Be advised that it is a bit rustic but there's a shower and a flushing toilet and our bed was really comfortable. There are no plug points in the room but you can charge your devices in the dining area. A mosquito net is provided which was great as it meant we could leave the windows open for a cooling sea breeze at night. We were a stone's throw from the water but also surrounded by trees, it was magical. The staff were helpful and friendly but unobtrusive. The food is traditional Khmer cuisine and everything we had was delicious and made with a lot of care. There are also a few other resorts in the bay that serve different food styles. Sunset Beach is more remote than some of the other bays on the island and does not have a ferry port or really much other boat traffic making it perfect for swimming, paddling and snorkeling. This does mean that you have to hike in to the accommodation but it's completely manageable, just be sure to pack in a backpack rather than a suitcase or kit bag. All the pertinent information and directions are sent out in an email as soon as you book. This stands out as one of our best beach holidays, highly recommended.
