    A very twee old fashioned English bed and breakfast. It should have been a ten but will explain later why only an eight. The host was extremely welcoming. The breakfast was lovely with extra thick bacon. Could have done with a few more beans between the 2 of us though. The place was clean and the bed very comfortable. Location was great for the golf course and we found a little old fashioned pub 2 minutes down the road called Ye Olde England serving real ales. We would stay again.

    It's surprisingly very plush inside, although outside is nothing special to look at. Lots of parking and easy to get to. Clean, quality finish, lots of facilities, and attentive staff. I am really pleased to have found this hotel. Great to walk to the golf course and Delepre Abbey which has woods and a lake.

    the location was brilliant as we were attending a wedding at Northampton golf club. the room was very spacious and clean. the bar area and outside terrace was lovey with a good choice of drinks. the included breakfast was lovely
