Conveniently set in the Dublin City Centre district of Dublin, Eden Quay Guesthouse Private Rooms is located 700 metres from Connolly Train Station, 600 metres from Trinity College and 600 metres from Irish Whiskey Museum. The property is close to several well-known attractions, 1.3 km from National Museum of Ireland - Archaeology, 1.2 km from Gaiety Theatre and 1.2 km from The Little Museum of Dublin. The property is 600 metres from the city centre and 600 metres from EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum.

Finding accommodation in the heart of Dublin at this price is practically impossible. The landlords are very friendly and take care of all the guests' questions and concerns around the clock. Everything is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms facing the street are of course a bit noisy, so I recommend packing earplugs. On the other hand, you can watch the hustle and bustle of Dublin's streets and the river.

I arrived just before midnight. They gave clear instructions on how to get to my room and even left some very welcome snacks for me. What a lovely surprise! I will stay here and next time I am in Dublin and recommend them to everyone I know who is going there.

Had Breakfast the first day and was very good. Wifi worked well...and being a little out of the city was very quiet. Short walk or Bus ride to city.

Seamus the host, is an absolute gem. He was happy to take time to share his knowledge & recommendations for places of interest all over Ireland. Our room was perfect for 3 adults - plenty of space & the shower was great! The location is handy to the town & just around the corner from a cheap airport bus. Definitely recommend Seamus & Parkway Guesthouse.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us - far from the busy centre but easy to get there by tram. Only 10 minutes walk from the straight line to the city centre. There was some small breakfast for us in the room by hosts which was extremely nice surprise. Place was brand new and clean. Quiet apartment at the peaceful area. Also there was really nice bed and pillows. It was easy 20 minutes drive to airport with our rental car.

It is a quaint Cottage in a great location for where I needed to get to. The host is charming and very pleasant to deal with who knows the importance of communicating with guests. Thank you for that. I was working most of the time so only really used the place to sleep but it was a comfortable and "Cosy" stay. There were some really thoughtful touches: a welcome card ( hand written!), tea and coffee, condiments and even a little handy first aid tin - loved that!

GREAT hostel! Right by the second stop from the Dublin express and you are immediately in the Temple Bar area. The hostel is quiet and clean and there is staff 24/7 in case you need anything. Perfect for solo female travellers! Also great location if you plan on doing bus tours throughout Ireland as most bus pick up locations are within a 10 minutes walk. I would definitely stay here again.
