The location of the house is very suitable, it is a 3-minute walk from the city center and 10 minutes to the beach. Good Internet not only for watching movies, but also for work (video calls). Very good location. 4 min walk to the beach, 5 min drive to thermal hot springs. The host was lovely. Recommended good places to eat & the hot springs as well which was a lot of fun. The host also made delicious pizza and eggs for breakfast. Very good rooms. Overall had a wonderful experience during our stay here.

This property is very lovely. Actually is a home stay and the entire family live in the complex, so the atmosphere is very lovely. It has very clean rooms and courtyard. Specially the second floor has good view to Issyk-Kul lake. It is easy to find the address. not far from lake's shore. Staff are helpful, The owners' English skill is not high but enough to answer our questions..

I loved the ambience, atmosphere, and the welcome I got from the staff. A particular young gentleman, born in Kyrgyzstan but of Russian descent, looked after me really well. We had some lovely conversations in Russian and in English, as we helped each other to navigate the complexities of each other's languages! The food and coffee at this place is excellent, as are the showers, outside relaxation area, and its proximity to town, and the main attractions.
