The location was perfect for work I needed to do at Warwick University and had good transport links for my visit to Leamington Spa. The room and bathroom were really clean the shower worked well. Breakfast was lovely and included juice and hot pastries (delivered to the room), enjoyed with the in room tea, coffee and hot chocolate facilities. The hosts were really efficient and friendly.

Breakfast was very good & you could virtually have whatever you liked (Bacon sandwich was a must!). The hospitality of the hosts was second to none; the personal touch really does make a difference. I'd stay here again without hesitation & this is one of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed in.

The property offers quiet street views. The location was ideal, it is on a very quiet road that is very close to the town. The apartment is lovely, the photos don’t do it justice. Incredibly clean, great facilities and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent value for money, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very spacious and had no issues getting comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfect for my needs. Getting there was easy, helpful directions were immediately sent after booking and the landlord was very courteous and responded quickly to any and all of my questions.
