Spent one magical night in this beautiful small wooden house, with snow and northern lights dancing around. While small, our house was clean and very well equipped.

The views from the cottage is breathtaking! Mountains and the waterfall ! The cottage itself is perfect for 2 adults! Well equipped kitchen with toaster, microwave and hot plates. It had a clean and spacious bathroom as well. The patio outside is perfect for morning coffee (if not too windy). 10/10 stars and a great stay on the south coast.

Hvammból Guesthouse er lítið fjölskyldurekið gistihús sem er staðsett í 10 km fjarlægð frá Vík. Easy and fast automatic self-checkin and self-checkout. Excellent location with ocean view. The noise isolation was good, they were in the two neighboring rooms, but I couldn't hear anything. It was warm in the room.

The Guesthouse looked simple outside but inside, it is very beautiful, well planned, well organized. The rooms are big enough, the kitchen is well equipped, clean, spacious and very useful. The toilets and shower were clean and enough for all the guests. There is a nook for those who wants privacy, a sofa with TV to relax or just read a book. The breakfast was amazing!!! The staff very friendly and I would love to book here again very soon!!!

This was my first guesthouse experience and it exceeded my expectations. We got there and it was already dark. We noticed that the northern lights could be out and the hosts did whatever they could to help us see them. It was great! We were the only 2 people booked for the night but when we woke up there was this massive and delicious breakfast. I was astounded by all the different kinds of food they offered. I would stay here all nights if we weren’t going to drive around Iceland.

A cozy guest house, our best stay in Iceland! Véronique is super friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were at home. The facility is very very clean and equipped with everything we need. Beds are comfortable, the shower and the toilet are also very clean. Slightly out of the busy area made it easy to see the northern lights. All that for a very affordable price.

Prestshús 2 Guesthouse er staðsett í Vík, aðeins 1 km frá Reynisfjara og býður upp á gistirými með sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Our host Ragga was so amazing, the house is a lovely little farmhouse with multiple guestrooms. The rooms were all clean and the house was very comfortable. The location is a short walk down to the Black Sand beaches and close to town. Ragga also took us to see the lambs and sheep on the farm and they were so cute! Overall it was an incredible stay and I would highly recommend it!
