Great place to stay, we booked 2 nights, finally spent 3 nights here. We booked 2 small double rooms but were offered one big one with 2 beds and this room was very good, spacious, bright but not hot, with a big balcony, facing the garden. Beds fantastic, spacious bathroom with hot water. Food delicious, thanks to the Chef Young, Robert, we had breakfast and dinner, tried vegetarian options and fish, everything great. It's about 2 km from the center of Naivasha, but it was even easy to walk. For the trips around we used matatu, public mini vans, which is great if you want to taste the local life. With shortcut it was just a quick downhill walk to the main road to catch it, 50 ksh pp to Naivasha Sanctuary farm, 100 to the junction leading to Hell's Gate, 120 to Elsamere. Big thanks to Patrick, the owner, who helps with enything you need, he also organized a taxi for us to Nairobi for a good price, for an early departure for a safari tour. Thank you very much!

Very friendly, helpful staff and unique but comfortable place! Kevin helped me with information, bookings and cooked a delicious matoke (try it!) and in the mornings Patrick helped me at breakfast. He also speedily made me a delicious sandwich and potatoes before my ride back to Nairobi. Food was good, staff were thoughtful. The room was so nicely decorated and very cozy and private. About 15-20 mins walk to town centre. Arranged my trips to Lake Naivasha/Crescent Island and Hells Gate from here. Wished I was here in summer to enjoy the yard more (I wasnt around daytime). And finally, Timmy, the dog, is so sweet!

The place is nice and the service very good. Our breakfast has been served in our room and was in very good quantity and healthy. We went to Hells Gate Nationalpark with using Matatus (40KSH to town and 150KSH to Elsas Gate), but she can also help you to arrange private transport if you wish so. We had a great time and extended our stay :)
