Even though they didn't speak the best English (they were Korean), they were always happy to use a translation app to answer my queries! The location of the place as well (in the middle of the Hanok village) was a huge bolus.

We booked rooms that included breakfast and after selecting our options the night before, they delivered the food to our room at the decided time.

Even though they don't speak English well, they make you feel very welcome. We love and enjoyed the hanok style room, and the beautiful surrounding, There's complimentary Korean cookies which are absolutely yummy, taste so much better that the same versions you get at the market. We regretted that we only had a 1 night stay !
