As a Uruguayan living in Sweden, I always take my vacations in Uruguay. Due to the pandemic that has become impossible, so I wanted to pick a country with a coastline towards the Atlantic and Portugal was the perfect match. I had already visited the Algarve last year and knew I wanted to live in a rural location between Aljezur and Odeceixe, so Rogil was what I was looking for. If you really, really want tranquility and peace of mind Herdade de Vagem is truly the place for you. The silence, the closeness to amazing nature like the beach of Praia do Vale dos Homes, the small country roads and friendly people. You have it all here. The host was very attentive and responsive to messages during my stay. As I was coming with food that would have otherwise been spoiled, I was allowed to check in earlier as there were no previous guests. The apartment was simply perfect for me in size. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen perfect in size. The week I stayed simply flew away. In one way or another I will come back, that is for sure.

Terletak 3.4km dari Pulau Tavira, Abacatus Farmhouse menawarkan kolam renang luaran bermusim, taman dan penginapan yang berhawa-dingin dengan balkoni dan WiFi percuma. We loved staying at Abacatus Farmhouse. The pool was great. It was easy to find using google maps, a short drive into Tavira, and to Tavira Island. Our suite had everything we needed, very comfortable. Sani is an excellent host who provided a delicious breakfast and was very helpful with everything we needed.

We loved everything about our stay here. So well appointed, it really was amazing. Can't fault it. Really comfortable bed, easy self check in with clear instructions, an absolute dream stay. We didn't have our own car but it was easy, quick and cheap to get an uber. Highly recommend.

Set a little ways on the edge of town so it felt more quiet. We appreciated having access to a washing machines though we could have used some basic instructions. The settings on the machine were unclear, but maybe we are just not familiar with machines made for European users.

Everything! From Milton's availability, to the structure. We loved every single part of it. The owner also made available veggies from his garden. I used them to cook a few meals. Such a nice thought from him. The apartment was very clean and equipped.

This was a beautifully decorated, functional, fully equipped and very clean apartment. We loved our stay and wish we had booked for longer. Our hosts were friendly and helpful.

We rented the apartment on the first floor for a month. It was easily one of the best places we've ever stayed as a family of four. The apartment is very safe for toddlers which was important for us (There's no stuff that they can break, there are not gaps where they can fall, etc.). The kitchen is very well equipped; we've found there everything that we needed (which is rare). The hosts were very welcoming and responsive during our stay. Because we'd stayed there for quite some time we've got couple of extra cleaning services which was very thoughtful.
