The house was exceptionally clean, with everything you needed to keep yourself busy when the weather was too cold to be outside - puzzles. Games, books, movies, etc. Service was also excellent - we had to change our booking at the last minute and they honoured it over the school holidays which was much appreciated. The beautiful friendly welcoming we got when checking in and out was very warming. The Family Cabin had everything we needed, great set up and especially a closed off outdoor balcony for our 8 month to play around safely in. Was able to enjoy the easy access walk to the beach nearby and we absolutely loved the heated indoor pool.

They have so much space, having a laundry in ours was so good for pool towels and with young children I did need to do a load of washing. The indoor pool is also amazing, we used the big indoor spa as well and that was so nice to just sit and relax. We had a few minor maintenance issues which were attended to the same morning we notified reception. The location close to Cowes town centre, Wildlife parks and other attractions.LaurenFamily with young children
