Beautiful location in from of the lake. We had a room on the 1st floor not facing the lake but still it had great ambient with view of trees and pieces of the lake. we booked a suite for 2 persons. it was big, with large bad room and a large leaving room with a kitchen and a dining table. there was touchless check-in which worked great. Every evening someone knock on your door and asked if something is missing. I deeply recommend this place,, had a great vacation there. The bonus is that on the road from jasper to patricia lake you can see elk and with some luck you can also see bears.

Welcomed by a herd of elk at hotel access road. Excellent access to Jasper town and scenic drives/walks. Rooms in the lodge part of the hotel are rustic and a little outdated, but fairly priced; next time might try to book a small bungalow/cabin. The restaurant food and the service in the Kumama restaurant associated with the hotel, were excellent. We will be back!

When we got to our room however, it was a pleasant surprise - very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The hotel is located within a fifteen walk from the town centre. It has a swimming pool as well as spa facilities, which are a welcome relief after a day of sight seeing. Unfortunately the pool temperature is on the cold side and the sauna is on a timer and needs a good hour to warm up properly.

The room was spacious and we were very comfortable. We made use of the steam room, sauna and swimming pool, which were all good. Parking was easy and it was a short walk into town. I would return to this hotel. I appreciated the space in the room.
