The quiet holiday park features extensive views of the South Alps and Taramakau River and guests can enjoy bird watching, hiking and fishing in the surrounding area. There is an on-site waterfall and Glow Worm dells exclusive for staying guests. The park is in a beautiful setting. The bathrooms, showers and communal kitchen/lounge area were all very clean and well-maintained. We were in a cabin that was very comfortable. The nature walk is definitely worth doing and leads to very impressive waterfall.

Situated in Ross, 23 km south of Hokitika, with some of the worlds most beautiful and rugged coastlines, Ross Beach Top10 Holiday Park is an absolute beachfront property with limited WiFi availability throughout the property. Absolutely magnificent place to stay! Loved everything about our 2 nights at Ross Beach! We stayed in the 40ft converted Container which was beautiful! The bed was so comfy and the towels etc were 1st class. The outdoor bath was awesome!

Charming surroundings, with nice welcome in a form of muffin for you and snacks for farm animals. Simple yet clean cottages, shared bathroom and kitchen. Good for glowworms spotting by waterfall nearby in the evening (marked track). Beautiful sky full of stars on a clear night.

Easy in-person check-in. Also had easy after hours check-in, if needed. Close proximity to town; walking to downtown 25min.

The rooms at Terraced Chalets feature a queen bed , sofa bed , kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and a cozy dining area. Crockery and cooking appliances are provided. Each chalet has flat-screen satellite TV and a private balcony. Terraced Chalets was the perfect place for us to base ourselves to see this area. The chalet is comfortable and very clean. We like to cook, so we made all our meals. The facilities allowed this to work perfectly. The porch was the perfect place to eat and enjoy the view. It was the hosts who made our stay extra special. Jane was there to check us in and make sure we had everything we needed.
