Very different type of hostel... It's just a dorm in someone's apartment. It was a great place to get a good night of sleep after too many Caparinhas. Highly recommend if you're looking for something chill with nice staff.

It was quite cheap, so I had my doubts when I booked it, but I don't regret at all. Very well located, safe, AC in the room (only at night, and you cannot control the temperature, but at least it is), bathroom in the room to share with 3 other girls. I loved the fact it's female only place, that made me feel safe during the carnival.

Really a perfect place to stay in Copacabana - it was well-located, secure, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Great wifi too, in case you're working remote. Tatiana was amazing! We stayed only 1 night. We had problems flying out of Brazil. Therefore, in the evening, while at the airport, we had to look for a place near the airport to sleep. After booking, we contacted the administration via WhatsApp, and they sent instructions on how to find them. Since we were very tired and it was dark outside, we searched for this place for a little while. When we arrived, the staff met us and showed us our room in the apartment. The owner sent all the instructions to us on WhatsApp. The room and bathroom and kitchen were clean, the people were friendly. The next day we didn't know if we could take a flight or not. Therefore, we stayed in this place until the evening to resolve our issues. Many thanks to the administration for allowing us to stand until 5 PM You have helped us a lot. As a result, in the evening we were able to solve our problems and fly out of Brazil. Thank you so much for giving us the time. Sincerely, Andrey and Valentina.

Sonia, the host, is very welcoming, kind, and a good host. Great area, good facilities, and near some bars, shopping centres, botanical gardens, and a park, and not far from Leblon beach. Private room is big and a nice balcony. Shared rooms are comfortable as well. I normally was staying 2 nights in Rio but I cancelled next location because I had very good fun. Location also perfect, middle of Ipanema, with best supermarket closeby, safe street.

It appears to be near a favella but I didn't have a bad experience. It's a close community and the locals were friendly.
