All units are air-conditioned and some of them feature a seating area with a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. With a private bathroom fitted with a shower and free toiletries, units at the homestay also feature free WiFi, while some rooms also feature a terrace. At the homestay, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Perfect place to switch off and slow down. The beach (Hoopers Bay), shops and even some restaurants are reachable on foot (although you need good footwear). The owners (Beatrice and Mark) are very friendly and helpful and quickly eased me into the Bahamian way of life. The rooms are lovely decorated, clean and comfortable (I was staying in the blue one, facing east, I loved watching the rising sun). My dietary requirements were very well catered for. In one sentence: it was a lovely stay and hopefully I will be able to visit Turtles Nest Bahamas again in the future! Thank you Beatrice and Mark (and Sasha)!
