One of the best Hostel I have stayed in the recent past, the Hostel is sparkling clean, neat and fresh. The bed is fantastic with a comforter to keep you warm during the winter. The air-conditioner is maintained well. The reception guy is cool and helpful. The online checking method and MobilePASS key is cool And save us from losing the key and also the best use of the technology. The common area is the highlight of the Hostel. It’s a very happening place where people sit around chat, make friends network or do some activity or even games for that matter. I’ve never seen a kitchen of this size in any Hostel. I stayed till date or 50 countries. The kitchen is massive, and all the inmates can cook their meals. All the provisions are inside. The cutlery bowl plate, cooking vessels and even storage is ample. The bathroom needs special mention as they’re super clean and fresh and maintained at a fantastic level.

It's a cheap hostel in a great location Comfortable bed and good shower
Location was good. Close to tram line. Lots of cafes near by. I only had one interaction with staff on check in and she was friendly. There was aircon and a fan in the room which helped with comfort levels on the really hot night I was there. Size of the room was good. Seems like quite a good place for backpackers and people wanting to meet new people as there are ample spaces to interact with others (at the pool table, the lounge area, the tables scattered around the hostel).
Location - It is right across from Flinders Street station and near to the cafes and tourist attractions. Female dormitory & safety - guests are issued a card to access the hostel's dormitories. The female dormitory also has a shared bathroom inside. People inside are nice Facilities - socket and storage shelf at your own bed, shared bathroom inside the room and along corridors, co-working space and kitchen, bar at the basement
Hostel good. People nice. Beds comfy with curtains. Cheap price. I recommend for budget travelers.
Great location . Comfortable double private room. I choose this backpackers for my 18 year old daughter who was travelling alone based on previous reviews that said it was ideal for solo travellers. She was able to meet people easily and said that both the staff and the quests were super friendly and she felt very safe. The party atmosphere helped 😃
It's a huge hostel, you can meet a lot of new people and the kitchens are quite spacious also, great location in the north edge of Melbourne CBD.
The staff were absolutely phenomenal! Especially Danny and Isaac at the front desk made me feel super welcomed. There’s always an event on every night, so it’s great as a solo traveler to meet new people. Bingos on Mondays are a must! Best hostel in Melbourne!
I was surprised by how quiet it was (as backpacker hostels when I was visiting America tended to be very noisy). The lockers were a useful safety feature which I hadn't expected - it meant I could leave stuff in my dorm room.
this is one of the best hostels in australia. the staff ashley, colleen and tom are exceptional. customer service at its best! dorms are spacious. all the facilities you will need. kitchen downstairs is always clean and plenty of foodshelves. even a spice shelf with everything for free. thursday nights a grill inclusive free beer. great place for meeting people from all over. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
This is a "backpacker's hostel" - it is for people who want the cheapest option
