A wonderful place with a lovely outdoor kitchen, lots of trees and greenery around, and it felt very secluded. A very peaceful, respectful place. We will miss it!

The nearest airport is La Florida Airport, 5 km from the hostel. The hostess, or the lady that runs the facility was extremely nice. She had breakfast ready and it's a wonderful home with rooms. The bathroom was very clean, and hot water! Internet worked great. Way better and cheaper than the hostels in the area. I'm sure you'll love it. They don't speak English, but hey just use Google translate. They even do your laundry.

At Hostal Luna del Mar 840-B each room is fitted with bed linen and towels. The family who work here are great. They were very helpful, had bag storage, clothes washing facilities and we're very kind to provide us with breakfast items the evening before, as we were leaving very early on a tour the next day. The room and bathroom was clean and the outdoor seating area is a nice place to sit and relax. The place is close to the bus stations and the centre of town.

El Arbol Eco Lodge is located in a green and exuberant oasis , full of palm trees and a variety of other trees and flowers, where lots of birds have a peaceful and undisturbed place to live. The beautiful beach of La Serena is only 0,8 km away , and the the historic city centre at a 20 minutes walk (1,5 km) Really nice quiet place, 15 min walk from the beach and some restaurants. Delicious breakfast can be taken on the terrace. Beautiful garden to relax in the hammock. Good instructions to check-in late

Rooms at Hostal El Arbol feature a shared bathroom and some have garden views. Breakfast is included. I liked everything ! I highly recommend El Arbol hostel. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The location is very good, near to the center, 20-25 minutes walking from the pacific and the faro, and as well 8-10 minutes walking from the bus terminal.
