The location is perfect - no too far from the center and yet secluded enough for a peaceful stay. The food served in the hostel is very good and pocket-friendly. The self-serving kitchen is amazing for people staying for longer than usual. I am definitely gonna revisit Zu-Zu when I go back to Shimla.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were provided as an optional cost, but I tried to eat as often as I could because of the great community that Rama facilitated through board games, guitar and singing and home cooked meals. Bring your positivity here and the positivity will reflect back on you. Will be back and recommend 100%.

Many thanks to the hostel manager and community manager for such a wonderful stay. I meant to stay only 2 days and ended staying for a week. In my stay I would usually say that Zostel Sangla was a black hole. It sucks you in and doesn't allow you to leave!
