The common area is always busy and allows you to meet people but the rooms themselves are quiet.

The staff were kind and very helpful, allowed me to use their laptop when needed and leave my big bag even when I didn't stay there and really exceeded my expectations.

They answered all of our questions patiently and let us know when someone else booked into our dorm so we weren’t surprised! The size of the lockers in the room was really nice, I brought a big suitcase and it fit.

We checked out early in the morning for our Ninh Binh tour, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them. We came back for our bags around 8PM then head to our bus to Sapa.
