Dover Woods Apartments are family owned and run as a small business. We believe in making you feel like it's your second home, so great care has been taken when renovating to make sure that we wouldn't put anything in the apartment that we wouldn't have at our homes. So go on, make this your home away from home and BE OUR GUEST. We are 4 Apartments in a quiet residential neighborhood just 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the nightlife in St Lawrence Gap. Each Apartment has 2 bedrooms (One king and the other has 2 queens which can be made as a king) as well as a pull out queen size sofa in the Lounge, a full kitchen with everything you need and a modern bathroom.
Hello there! My name is Michelle and it's my pleasure to be your host during your stay. I'm a Caribbean girl, born in Trinidad and have lived in Barbados for over 30 years. I love to share my knowledge and love for the island with you! I am married to an Englishman and we have two beautiful children ages twelve and ten. I am an artist as well and produce souvenirs and gifts in shops all over Barbados. Actually, I had the pleasure of decorating your Apartment! You can see more of me and my work on instagram. I understand the needs of the different types of travelers, so please get in touch once you book so I can get to know what you are looking for and we can make sure that your stay is amazing. Our apartments are lovely but the service is great too!
We love the area of Dover Woods as it's in a perfect position. It's a 5 min walk to 3 beautiful beaches and just 15 min walk to the lively nightlife of St Lawrence gap with numerous amount of restaurants and bars to choose from. A short 15 minute drive from the airport and easy 15 minutes to Bridgetown with bus access to anywhere else on the island within a 5 minute walk. I'm sure you'll love it as much as we do. We have new neighbors as Bliss Cafe recently opened in 2019. They are great for breakfasts! Just a few doors down from us is the very famous Sandals Beach Resort. Check us out on a google map! For evening meals we recommend the following Restaurants all within a 15 minute walk. Harlequin Restaurant Castaways Grill Cafe Sol The Dive Mimosas McBrides
