Welcome to #8 Banyan Court! This is a spacious 960 Square foot newly renovated 2-bedroom one bathroom condo, located in the quiet residential and secure community of Banyan Court Condo Complex. #8 has a designated parking spot on the property and 5G WIFI access in the condo. The complex has a swimming pool and is a two minute walk away from the beach, bars and numerous restaurants. The complex is also a designated UNESCO World Heritage site nestled between the City and its Garrison.

The property is walking distance to the Garrison, home of the Barbados Defence Force, the horse racing track, the Barbados Museum and the George Washington Museum. Apart from the historic landmarks mentioned, Banyan Court is right across the street from two popular beaches, dotted with restaurants, bars and motor sports facilities. The beautiful Carlisle Bay with its long wide expanse of which sandy beach; and the flawless Pebbles Beach. Not excluding the yachting enthusiasts, the Barbados Yacht Club is right across the street. A convenience store is also nearby The condo is on the main bus route to nearby Bridgetown and the south coast where there are several bars, restaurants and beaches along the route. l
