Magnificent 2 bedroom apartment in an extremely convenient location - meters from the start of the gondola and close to the bars, restaurants and cafes of the new town. It is located in a complex with several buildings in a very quiet place. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is made according to a design project with high quality materials and excellent execution. South exposure, warm in winter and cool in summer. There is a parking space in the complex, there are grocery stores, restaurants and spa complexes nearby.
The hosts are a young couple who love comfort, good food and travel. The apartment is made to meet their high demands for amenities.
The apartment is located in a prime location in the new town - meters from the starting cabin of the lift and next to first-class bars and restaurants. The complex consists of several buildings and offers privacy and tranquility to its residents. In the immediate vicinity of the Fortuna Hotel.
