Property information

Completely renovated villa, distributed on two floors and with a large outdoor area (porches, gardens, barbecue and swimming pool) that generates a unique environment in which you can enjoy a very relaxed atmosphere and in contact with nature. The interior design of the house is inspired by the natural, simple and elegant essence of Ibiza. It has four spacious double rooms with private balcony and a master suite with private bathroom; All of them are perfectly equipped and none of them coincide wall to wall, they are completely independent. The house has four main entrances with direct access to the outside area. It has a multipurpose room with a fireplace that can function as an auxiliary living room or as an extra bedroom, and can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people. The spacious sofas, tables and armchairs make everyone have their space during family or friends gatherings. In addition, it has large windows and a spacious and modern bathroom with a vaulted ceiling in the Ibizan style with a beautiful skylight and round windows.
