Nestled in the village of Morne Jaloux where the views are breath taking, the natural air is refreshing while the feel of nature cultivates tranquility and enjoyment. This village is referred to as History Village as both the historical Forts Fredrick and Matthew resides minutes from Candy Haven. Experience our rich history as you take a cool walk to the Forts located adjacent to each other. Climb the must-see steps of Forth Fredrick and take in the most Panoramic view of the entire St. George's. Nearby conveniences include 15 minutes from the Airport. 5 minutes from the bus stop, 5 and 7 minutes away from supermarkets. 10 minutes from St. George's and Grand Anse . 10 minutes away from beaches.
I am Caundi Joseph, Pronounced as Candy. I believe my purpose in life is to serve and nurture, as such, I have undertaken this project of hosting and I absolutely love it. I have always found joy in making people feel appreciated. My hope is to create lasting vacation memories for my guest/s. I am a lover of nature and have a special appreciation for art and curation. Valley View Heights is a new residential development located in Morne Jaloux, St. George's. The area is not just surrounded by trees and rich in nature, It Is also very rich in Grenada's History. The name Morne Jaloux is of French origin and means Jealous Mountain. The influence of the French was very strong and remains potent in Grenada. The historical Fort Matthew and Fort Fredrick are located footsteps from each other. Fort Fredrick has a panoramic breathtaking view of the entire St. George's harbor and surrounding areas. Morne Jaloux is just a piece of the beautiful pie I call home. To maximize your vacation and enjoy this beautiful Island, I would recommend hiring a car. Hiring a car is quick and easy, one is always available onsite for you to book with your stay. Once you book with Candy Haven a special rate awaits you.
