DO NOT MAKE RESERVATION IF YOU CANNOT PAY FOR THE COST OF THE FIRST NIGHT WITHIN 24 HOURS. You will have the option to pay cash at the property, or pay with Mobile Money, PayPal or Zelle. Stylish house is a 3 bedroom house adjacent to Devtraco Estate, a few blocks from A1 Raceway Go Karting, Devtraco Police & Fire Station, and 10 miles from Prampram beach. It's located in a quiet, nice, and safe environment. GUESTS WILL HAVE EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO THE UNIT WITH NO OTHER GUESTS DURING THEIR STAY. Every room has its own bathroom, TV, fridge, AC, fan, emergency alarm switch, 110V and 220V power outlets. Electricity from main power grade, water, Gas, DSTV and 40GB of WIFI data included in price.. Use of the generator is optional. PLEASE SELECT THE CORRECT NUMBER OF GUESTS WHEN MAKING THE RESERVATION. No party or event permitted on property.
There is a live-in caretaker with his own quarters at the back of the building and does not come into the main building without your invitation so you will have your privacy. HE WORKS FULLTIME ELSEWHERE. The cleaner, who lives nearby will clean the house 3 times a week. She can also be a helper or a cook for a fee if requested. Use of generator is optional. There will be fuel to last at least 2 hours to get you started incase of power outage. Airport is 19 miles away. Golden beach resort and Prampam beach are 10 miles away.
