Enjoy a relaxing and private holiday in this modern home with a pool in a quiet area of Makarska. Ideal for families who want to escape from the hustle and bustle. The best feature of this home is privacy. Behind the house (on the north side), you will find a pool with a spacious outdoor dining area with a barbecue, table, and chairs. The pool area also has sunbeds, umbrellas, and a hot shower. You will love the fact that there are no neighbours around and that ancient olive trees surround the house. In front of the house, there is a large garden with private parking. No one else uses any of this. This holiday home has over 100 square meters of interior space. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You will be amazed by the stunning sea views and sunsets from the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need: stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker. Every room in the house has air conditioning, WiFi (free), and satellite TV. WiFi also works around the house. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. All furniture is new and comfortable. 🏠👨‍💻 WiFi is available across the entire house and pool area. In case of any difficulties, a mobile internet dongle is available at our cost!

The neighbourhood is safe and friendly, with a supermarket and a caffee bar nearby. Makarska is a historic town that dates back to ancient times. It has a charming old town with narrow streets, stone houses and churches. It also has a lively waterfront promenade with cafes, bars and souvenir stalls. Makarska is famous for its beautiful beaches that stretch along the coast. Some of them are pebbly, some are sandy, and some are naturist-friendly. Makarska is also a great base for exploring the Makarska Riviera, a scenic area that includes many other towns and villages along the Adriatic Sea. You can visit places like Brela, Baška Voda, Tučepi or Podgora by car or by boat. You can also enjoy various activities like hiking, biking, rafting or paragliding in the nearby Biokovo mountain range. Makarska offers something for everyone: culture, nature, entertainment and relaxation. It is a perfect destination for a memorable holiday.
