Expect to stay in a neat, clean and safe(specially for single travellers & couples) room with an attached washroom in a big property with a kitchen garden, common dining area, home style food and amazing hospitality. We speak many languages including Hindi and English. We have been running this homestay for the past 6 years and thus unlike many other homestays have the experience. The guest's wing is separate thus you get complete privacy but accessibility at the same time. We have been featured in a few blogs and are proud of it. Our property is very close and walking distance to Leh main market (Main Bazaar, 1 km) and bang at Changspa Road (0 Kms) which is known for it's cafes and happening crowd. However, our property is totally out of the traffic noise thus you can enjoy complete peace and is ideal for those who want to stay away from the hustle of the crowded market but still prefer to stay close to it. (Because the property is located away from the main road we do not have Parking facility). This is a family run unit so you can expect excellent hospitality, amazing space, a laid-back vibe, privacy, a private kitchen garden, friendly and chill atmosphere, knowledge of local area and touristic places, access to all service providers like bike/taxi rental etc.
I host this place with my wife and two sons. We are a native of Ladakh and moved to Leh decades ago. I have studied and lived in New Delhi and now permanently located back in my hometown Ladakh. I love meeting new people, specially travellers and love to speak with them about their adventures.
Our property is very close to Leh Main Market at Changspa Road. Here are few places which you can visit with distance: Leh Main Market: 1 KM Changspa Road: 0 KM La Piazzetta Cafe: 100 Meters Shanti Stupa: 3 KM Leh Palace: 5 KM Zorawar Fort: 3 KM Bus Stand: 3 KM Airport: 7 KM
