Company information

We are Sara, Alessandro, Valentina, Silvia, Laura, Daniela, Loredana and Giuseppe. We have all worked for many years in different tourism tasks but in the end we recognized ourselves more in this type of hospitality, because it offers a different autonomy and independence than the hotel, which has taught us a lot, but which probably little resembles us. For some years we have been managing more than 60 apartments located throughout Italy and mainly in Lombardy, as well as 2 residences in Rho and from 2019 we are managing 2 apartment complex in the Costa del Sol. Renting a house instead of a room gives us the opportunity to establish a more familiar relationship with our guests. Through their needs, we understand their habits and what makes them feel good.

Property information

Our apartment, 600 meters far from Leonardo, is very well decorated, warm colors welcome you in relaxing atmosphere and make you feel at home. Sesto Calende train station, the river and the beach are within walking distance and the location is convenient to reach Lake Maggiore and Malpensa. Our apartment is perfect for 4 people! The layout of rooms with sepated kitchen and living room gives everyone their own space; shower, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, smart tv with Netflix access and aircondition are included. The car is not necessary because the train station, the supermarket and the centre of Sesto Calende with its promenade on the river and restaurants are within walking distance. Self check-in available: keys are inside a safe box.

Neighbourhood information

From Ferrarin Apartment only 40 km to Lugano, 37 km from Como Lake and you can reach Aeroporto Milano Malpensa in less than 13 km. To clean our flats we cooperate with a cleaning company that provides services also for hotels and focuses on the rooms disinfection by following the procedure based on experts’ and dictated by government’s and health organizations’ rules.
