Offering a cozy, nicely furnished apartment with a complimentary Mongolian traditional dish upon your arrival is located in the center of the city right next to the State Department Store. The apartment has high ceilings and windows facing to the north and south which let in fresh air. Cold in summer and warm in winter. Walking distance to main attractions such as Sukhbaatar Squire, Chinggis Khaan statue (0.5 km), Zanabazar Museum of Fine Arts ( 0.6 km), Ulaanbaatar Opera House (0.6 km), and Gandan Khiid (1 km). Breakfast can be provided with an extra charge upon your request. We offer a paid airport shuttle service.

Chingeltei district is home to the most famous 40k and 50k apartments from the Soviet Era. These apartments are some of the most desirable in the city. The neighborhood has everything including shopping, foods, restaurants, bars, nightclubs.
