Enjoy a stylish experience at this strategically-located place, in one of the busiest and central towns on the island; positioned in a calm, green area at the foot of the hill. Mesmerizing view. Morning /evening jogging (2.5 km track) and exercising readily accessible in the park with health track next to the building. Should you be more adventurous, you can climb the hill. Safely guarded by the Special Mobile Force and fenced.

Safe neighborhood in Quatre Bornes , Sodnac. Apartment in secured area with 24/7 security. Close proximity to supermarkets and main shopping malls (Jumbo, La City Trianon, Bagatelle) and metro station. Other supermarkets around the area within close proximity. Ebene cyber city is within 10 mins drive, easily accessed via new motorway link road. Located in popular town-Quatre Bornes, in well known residential area -Sodnac-which is easily accessed via motor way and main roads from all parts of the island. Flic en flac, the nearest beach is about 15-20 mins drive. The capital city Port Louis is about 20 min drive.
