Final cleaning is included in the stay but guests are asked to kindly leave the accommodation in a tidy state upon departure.

Children until 3 years of age are exempted from city tax.

Recreational purposes in any case do not include the use of the accommodation by the tenant during the period that one or more of the users of the accommodation(s) is performing work, regardless of whether these are paid or unpaid and regardless of whether they are employed or outside work. Employment takes place. Permanent residence is not permitted.
