This property has a fantastic location in the inner harbor area of Arendal, (the two red arrows on the bottom one the picture) with a great large pier that gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful view of the water and experience the genuine southern Norwegian idyll. From the property, you can enjoy the evening sun and listen to the soothing sound of the water lapping right outside the windows. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette that gives you the opportunity to prepare your own meals, and a separate dining room where you can enjoy them. The summer garden is also a great place to relax with its many seating areas and great views. The bedroom has a comfortable 180 cm bed, and on the loft, there is a cozy 120 cm bed, perfect for children or individuals. If you are traveling with a group, there is also a sofa bed in the living room that provides extra sleeping space. All in all, this property is a great place to stay if you want to experience everything Arendal has to offer. With its perfect location, fantastic amenities, and beautiful surroundings, you will not regret spending time here.
As the hosts of the boathouse, we live in the house just above it, and we are always available if there is anything you need help with or wonder about. We want to ensure that you have a pleasant stay, and we will do our best to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. Regarding parking, there are parking spaces available on the road just by the boathouse. Please note that these parking spaces are available to everyone, so they may be occupied at times. However, we would be happy to help you find alternatives if the parking is full. Finally, if there is anything else you are wondering about or need assistance with during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us anytime. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible and will do everything we can to make it a reality.
The boathouse has a convenient location with a short distance to bus connections, and it only takes a few minutes to get to the nearest bus stop. This gives you easy access to public transportation to explore Arendal and the surrounding areas. If you prefer to travel by sea, there is a short 10-minute walk to Kolbjørnsvik. From there, you can take a ferry to and from Arendal city center or Tromøya, with several departures every hour. This is a great way to experience the area, and you will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful southern Norwegian coastline while traveling. Regardless of what you choose, the location of the boathouse gives you easy access to everything Arendal has to offer, whether you want to explore the city or the surrounding areas.
