Strategically located minutes from the most beautiful beaches, historical Cabezas de San Juan, glowing waters, El Yunque, easy access to water taxi to Icaco and Palomino, and to the Ferry to Culebra and Vieques. We actively communicate with our guests via booking inbox to share information such as entry codes, and to answer questions. Summary of rules: This is a three-story house, but we rent the first and second floor and keep the third floor closed during your stay. Please do not go beyond the second floor, you may be asked to vacate. The third floor has video surveillance 24 hrs. Upon approval, early check-in and late checkout are available at an extra fee. We accept pets, the first pet is included. Additional pets may be allowed at an extra fee. No commercial filming is allowed. No illegal activity, guests will be asked to vacate immediately. No party is allowed, please contact us In the unfortunate event that guests are found to have had a party without host approval, they will be charged extra fees and asked to vacate. In the event that neighbors are disturbed, guests will be asked to vacate immediately. Our neighborhood has regulations in place for the use of common areas, such as pool hours and trash disposal. By booking with us, you commit to abide by our home and our neighborhood regulations. You will find additional detailed information in the house manual that will be on the kitchen counter.
