The villa offers the ideal tropical getaway for a group of 6 in a tropical paradise! IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Kindly be aware that electricity outages are not uncommon and may occur from time to time. No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 500 USD penalty. Due to the high cost of electricity on the island, you will receive an allowance of 30 USD per day; if you exceed that daily limit, then you would need to pay the difference based on the electricity meter. Guests must climb stairs. There are surveillance devices on the outside of the property. For stays exceeding 12 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of 200 USD applies. You can settle this fee in cash directly with the owner upon check-in. Daytime visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight. Events must be approved by the manager and can only be done if BOTH Villa 1 and 2 are rented by the same party. The maximum allowed number of guests for events is 15, including caterers. Event fee charged. We provide some bath essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like basic soap, shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
