There was a wonderful host who gave us exceptional service. She worked in the fine dining area. There was a nice cafe across the road for breakfast. We went there as the pub only offers breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays.

The block of chocolate as a thank you was a nice touch. The shower only has a curtain but it was new. If you are looking for a budget hotel then this is clean, tidy and in walking distance to the private hospital, tavern next door and shopping centre. Parking on site and the location are big winners for me. The gym facility is excellent. The room is very well appointed and clean. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming.
